I work in construction, 95% men and I can tell you it is all drama and no fucking teamwork. By the way my wife looks over my shoulder every once and a while and thinks you are all a bunch of fucking retards.

We have an aging work force at my company so we have hired a few of this new generation Z kids and it has been a hoot to interact with them.
I don't pull any punches and some have come to like me and use me as a mentor but a few have come to despise me.
I tried to be politically correct for a while but then it got so ridiculous that I don't even try anymore.
Now I just purposefully tell it like it is and if they don't like it they can suck my dick.
