I don't intend to use these, they will be all wood, no glass I just wanted to use some of these tools that lay dormant anymore. There's a lot of wood to hog away yet and I will mainly be using a shaper and a belt/disk sander I think. Maybe some burrs on a foredom tool, Dremel/die-filer.
It's super hard, quartersawn oak from pallet skids, roughed out on the band saw and sander. SF4 template.
Next step is to trim the tabs to width, maybe add some cant on the table saw whilst I still have some flat reference.
In the end, I will mirrorize them and hang em from my rearview mirror, to keep my wife from pressing her nose against the windshield.
