Girls should get on the surf bandwagon too I guess (everyphuckingbody else is). That's fine. But the marketing push has got to stop. Girls surfing little waves. Girls surfing Big waves. Girls towing. Girls taking pictures. Girls teaching girls to surf. Girls with rights bc they got snaked. Girls dropping in on the shoulder at Waimea and claiming. Etc ad nauseam.

I just want to watch Mason vids and check the tides and complain with you chuckleheads. Sheesh already.

You, sir, are a misogynist.

Get woke.

The lineup needs more womyn (and more black womyn for that matter!).

Since only white males surf we just have to tell them,

"Hey, it's OK, you need to get out here. Please. We really want you to be here. We realize surfing needs more diversity and we need to be inclusive."

Decades of male surfers blocking womyn from basically every lineup on the planet has now ended.

The common refrain of "No women allowed" is over.

And no longer will the WSL women be "paid less" simply because the men think they are sh!t and want to be mean and patriarchal to them.

An increase in the influence of women in public life has often been associated with national decline. The later Romans complained that, although Rome ruled the world, women ruled Rome. In the tenth century, a similar tendency was observable in the Arab Empire, the women demanding admission to the professions hitherto monopolised by men. ‘What,’ wrote the contemporary historian, Ibn Bessam, ‘have the professions of clerk, tax-collector or preacher to do with women? These occupations have always been limited to men alone.’ Many women practised law, while others obtained posts as university professors. There was an agitation for the appointment of female judges, which, however, does not appear to have succeeded.

Soon after this period, government and public order collapsed, and foreign invaders overran the country. The resulting increase in confusion and violence made it unsafe for women to move unescorted in the streets, with the result that this feminist movement collapsed. The disorders following the military takeover in 861, and the loss of the empire, had played havoc with the economy. At such a moment, it might have been expected that everyone would redouble their efforts to save the country from bankruptcy, but nothing of the kind occurred. Instead, at this moment of declining trade and financial stringency, the people of Baghdad introduced a five-day week.

Ah, yes.

Westerly Windina.

"Her" obvious descent into madness was embraced by surf media types and many of the erBB's woke.

Surf journalists paraded her about as a thing of beauty.

They called her courageous.

The woke embraced her embrace of gender stereotypes... while at the same time decrying gender stereotypes.

So one might wish to ask:

Why no articles in celebration of Westerly Windina's return to being Peter Drouyn?

It's been two years since he went back to being a man.

They must feel foolish for telling the crazy man "It's A-OK to cut off your dick."

It's capitalism. The surf companies are discovering there are twice the number of consumers to which they can market and peddle their wares. Hell, they need it.

If I'm looking at pictures of good waves, it might as well be some fine almost bare ass and/or a beautiful smile. Market away. Some of these girls are  I would fight a person with a baboon like rage if Sally Fitz told me to, wouldn't even ask a question.
Everyone should surf the same pro tour, though. There is no logic to separating surfers by gender.

Yeah, I know. The big players are all in on the women's movement (that one can charge twice as much for half the fabric compared to men's sh!t being a primary motivator I'd imagine) then every ancillary C grade pro chick trying to set up a yoga/surf/lifestyle camp, the influencers -- it's just too much.

Wonder how surfing would be if Rabbit, Ian et al had just STFU and gotten jobs instead of pursuing pro life. . .

Just wait until a M to F pro comes along and wants to compete in the ladies events.

It will blow the whole WSL is the Church of Woke image out of the water.

The victim/millionaire/competitor-who-hates-competing Tyler Wright better hope that doesn't happen while she's on tour.

Maybe you should spend less time consuming all the marketing sh!t and worrying about what the WSL is doing and just go out and freaking surf.
