I was going to go speed egg with A/O bottom and twin set up pintail but saw waiting list so went Stretch instead.

Did you get any feedback from Malcolm on that idea? Ideally I’d want a longer twin that can go in grovel conditions and icing on top would be it can go as a step up too lol
Nope never bothered him after I got auto reponse how far backed up orders but GWS had said I believe that its been done. Rts265 see stretch board porn for what I ended up with:)

Looks amazing! What model is this?
MBLV

and it is for Sale - 8.5/10 condition, minor deck pressures, glass snackle here or there, or for Trade for another great bonzer.
Located in New England.
Board is a really beautiful coke bottle resin tint with dark mint pinline.
Really beautiful.

Okay Bonzer nation, i've got a question for y'll. I'm on the hunt for a mid length to fill the gab between my 6'8 Bonzer5 Egg and 9'3 Parallax. 7'8 or 7'10 is what i'm thinking. I know the 5 fin egg is popular but what are your opinions and experiences with other models? POD? Mini Longboard? Thumb? One offs? To name a few. My number 1 element I want is paddle power for getting out of trouble in current and early wave entry. Also a board that will pickup where my Parallax maxes out. Something easy to transition to from the longboard. This happened to me the other day, the surf picked up and got steeper so I grabbed the 6'8 and struggled a little bit to adjust.

I 5'8" 170# 51 years old have a 8' x22 x2.75 ewing pin tail mini log 5 fin (7" TA bonzer) pu/epoxy 6/6 6 s glass. I love and can surf from 1' to oh+ beach break and do cheater fives and even some what 10 cheats but the speed in trim 5th gear is insane. I can drop into a 2' close out at local beach break and end up 25' down the beach:shaka: The ewing with pintail allows for 8' of rail to turn in the steepest of sections and board can be easily put in edge even on smallest of wave faces but again trim and turbo is really what this board is about.
