Didn't make it up to Peahi but WOW, what a day!Seen some kites at Peahi, maybe Leland? That out reef barrel with JJ was nuts!
Excuse me? Why are you telling me this?I remember the last 'la nina' when we had just as many clean days as this year, but not nearly this kind of swell action. It has been non-stop since early December. Crazy time to be alive.
Best ride by female ever.
I admire the balls, and the fact that he went back for more, but the question that springs to mind is why? Why not give yourself a better chance on better equipment?Domke blows my mind. He is bonified looney bin.
Yah, I don't get it either. You can't really surf mondo surf on a skimboard. More like semi-controlled chaos. But some guys like to challenge themselves more. His stuff at big Puerto was mind blowing.I admire the balls, and the fact that he went back for more, but the question that springs to mind is why? Ya, unless you can set a rail edge, you're not going anywhere but straight at those speeds. All the arms waving to adjust balance or whatever looks a bit spastic. But yes, big ballz when you have an inflatable. Hell, I might even try that with a buoy tied to my back. This kind of stuff puts the tow-skis drivers and rescuers in more danger than the riders, IMO.I admire the balls, and the fact that he went back for more, but the question that springs to mind is why?
