He read a book once. People who fight wars are all neo-libs. People who like globalization are neo-libs. That’s what he knows.
I know how to change the oil without taking the ride to the dentist!

Spoken like a true republican! Your voting record, unless you’ve lied again, speaks for itself.

My hope is that the loyal republicans who are not douchebag racist nationalists will no longer support this douchebag with no integrity or leadership skills and will go back to being republicans

I think I see that happening to an extent already, here on the erbb
You would think they would be relieved. Carrying water for DJT must be an exhausting, degrading experience.

Stu = rabid neoliberal wanker. Pretty much the anti SB.

The answer to the op’s question = HRC and the traditionally neoliberal dnc. That’s exactly what got the USA where it is today.

Hey wokie, tell me I’m wrong.

afoaf was a Liz Warren supporter iirc?
I'm not sure you know what a neo-liberal is.

I'm in favor of higher taxes. I think unions are ok. I'm not opposed to regulation if it makes sense. I don't think that people who are unemployed must have done something wrong. I don't believe we've ever had "free" markets and I'm not sure we ever should. I supported the bail outs in 2007-09.

I do think global trade is good, but that's because we can all benefit from an intertwined growing economy, not because we can exploit the world.

So, what part of what I've expressed on this board, ever, is neo-liberal?

And I'd ask the same about HRC. Did she or Trump suggest fewer regulations? Did she or Trump suggest lower taxes for the rich? Did she or Trump want to regulate banks more? Did she or Trump want smaller government, fewer social welfare programs etc.? Hmm.

Changing a car's oil and oil filter isn't difficult.
Changing a car's tire isn't difficult.

What's the controversy?

I don't know. Something about people with PhD's not being able to do it. The old guy in Mexico was upset I might take my car to my dentist.

You were also the only dem that was sure Biden would loose. :shameonyou: :shameonyou:
I just remembered. FecalFace thought Biden was going to lose. I was more on the fence than he was. What do I win?

Elizabeth Warren would have been well-suited to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Less useful trying to get through a Senate with Mitch in charge.

You’re the ninny that brought up taking your car to the dentist for an oil change because a dr. of whatever wouldn’t be up to the task. Oh, I get it now! It was a stujoke! Lulz!

Fecalface...Brixit...

Mitch has seen the light! Or at least recognized it. Or maybe he’s faking it?

AMLO says jb won, as did Putin, but not stocked based on previous neoliberal interventions here.

Because republicans over the last 40 years are yearning for the good ole days. And Trump had the perfect campaign slogan.

Trump fans are no different than Archie Bunker.
This in a nutshell. To break it won even more,

Traditionalists, pro-lifers, people who are uneasy about the LGBTQIAA+ agenda, people who are suspicious of BLM and defund the po-po and antifa and all that crap, and plenty of religious people all feel like the modern day Dem party hates their guts. Trump says, "I'm your guy".

People who think regulations that ensure health and safety and are environmentally friendly are bad for business and ship jobs overseas. Trump says, "I'm your guy".

People who hate political correctness and the SJWs that enforce it. Trump says, "I'm your guy".

People who have been left behind by globalization and blame foreigners and immigrants. Trump says, "I'm your guy".

People who see more and more power and wealth concentrated in sneering, sanctimoious, smug elites on the coasts, to the detriment of the rest of America. Trump says, "I'm your guy".

And so on.

These people are so angry that when Trump lies through his teeth and says, "I'm your guy", they believe him and anoint him "Their Special Guy", never to be fucked with. He's their champion, and they will go to the mat for him, and will primary out anyone who's not on the Trump Train, 'cause he's their guy.

Attaboy wokie! Because they’re not really the left? What do I win?
I'm lost.

Almost every paragraph of that Guardian article takes a sh!t on GOP orthodoxy. The Democratic Party in general, and Hillary Clinton specifically, disagree with almost every single premise the Guardian defines neoliberalism as.

It point-blank says Hayek and Mises are neoliberals who think FDR is on the Socialism/Communism spectrum. That article, just like I do, point-blank blames Ronald Reagan for the ascendance of most of the USA's problems.

Hillary Clinton is not a neo-liberal and nowhere remotely close to neoliberal based on that article's characterization.

Shame, I thought he might win an idea of what neo-liberalism is.

Shame, I thought he might win an idea of what bro-liberalism actually is. I think he means neoconservative actually, but it’s hard to tell.

so is the old guy in Mexico.
It’s close to the same, you vote both ways.

Define old.
