You’ll love it. There is just a wait for orders at the moment. Poor Simon Jones must never see daylight.
did you get the triple stringer or single stringer?
I went single stringer bc it was already pretty pricey. They seem real busy. Was no easy feat to get the order in but definitely looking forward to it. They look absolutely epic.

How about a straight-up round tail twin rather than the pin/round pin twins that are so hot right now? Anyone have and like a round tail twin? Keel or more upright?
I picked up a used one recently for the novelty and only gotten a few waves on it so far. Fun but really loose. IMG_3299.jpeg

I think if I go with my speed egg AO bottom twin set up I am going thumb tail for sure.

I like this one:

Have spoken to a few people who have them and they love them.

I'm starting to think some longer twins and shorter twins would make a good quiver if you're sick of HPSB repetition. One lengthy twin with pin tail, One lengthy twin with wider tail, one short twin with round tail and one short twin with wide tail. Hopefully I can build this quiver.

Hopefully it will eventually be:
5'5 Gary Mcneil Mini Pip <- currently own and love
5'7ish Album Insanity
6'6 MOTE Fiji <- On order
6'6 Joel Fitzgerald Cosmic Twin (or something like it)

So far so good on my 6’5 from my buddy working at Varial and shaping under his own Malixi Surfboards label. Great addition to any quiver since they can grovel and the outline also lends it to do well in some OH punch. Backside is not an issue once you set your inside rail. With the narrower tail and channels it’s easier to control than a wide twin keel fish going backside on a steep drop44A2D933-D3FE-486B-8AC3-A6058BA14559.jpegDD8864B2-1A09-48D7-9414-82ED0529A564.jpeg
