At this point I’m gonna say “no” since the trend seems to be obeying courts is optional

Seems like a very convenient policy actually

So you answered your own question. No, a person does not have to leave the country if a court so orders.

Just ignore court orders. Works for Trumby.

"I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that."

yes. if there is a deportation order then they should be deported.

I think the question is absurd on its face.

what am I missing?

Well, I think a lot of dems want to “resist” lawful deportation enforcement

That is the sense I have

Which would be pretty extreme

they are typically resisting doing warrantless work for the federal government.

it's not the state's responsibility to do the federal government's work.

and, if they chose to do so, they compromise their ability to effectively police
their local constituents; there is a reason that sanctuary city laws are in place.

if you haven't smoked DMT you have no credibility on any subject in surfing or outside of surfing...

Does this apply to all crimes or just immigration?
