Itís too big and to complex of a problem to try to resolve, so letís deny it and put our heads in the sand.

I donít deny it, the data is obvious. But, Iím digging my automobile and transcontinental air travel. So, yeah, Iím effectively a Republican on this issue.

It is better to be a (self aware) hypocrite than a denier. Deniers just look stupid.

What data? You referring to the statistically insignificant, purely anecdotal, deeply flawed or the completely fudged data?

What's the difference between conservatives and liberals?

Conservatives get angry when you lie to them. Liberals get angry when you tell
them the truth.

You are from Nj and about the same age as me. you remember how often people used to go ice boating/playing pond hockey? Now we go winters without solid ice, your explanation?

In my 49 years I can think of perhaps 5 or 6 winters where there was prolonged ice on the lakes. Thanks for the anecdotal data. You sure proved me wrong.

I don't know if Jesus exists, so I'm going to believe in him just to be safe.

I don't know if humans are responsible for global warming, so I'm going to assume it doesn't, just to be safe.

in 2019 if you are still denying climate change is a thing, you are simply an idiot. Not much more to say on the subject really. Deniers just look as stupid as flat earther's at this point, and the only reason anyone can would deny it, is if there making money off the things causing it.

Climate has been changing for millions of years. Humans are a blink in the eye of earth climate history.

Humans are doing much worse things to life on planet earth than "maybe" slightly affecting the climate, but AGW gets all the attention and precious $$$ to "fight" it. It's the emo-battle of the ages.

Toxic pollutants are and will kill many more humans than ANY effects of AGW in the last 100 years, and next 100 years, but ignore that because more $$$ can be pocketed from taxpayers in fear while we let the real polluters of the world go about making sure we have all our plastic, disposable fad gadgets without disruption.

We'll STILL be waiting for sea levels to rise a few feet, and ice free summers in the Arctic by 2050 and beyond. While new excuses will be made for the lack of apocalyptic predictions becoming epic fails. Meanwhile the 3rd world will be polluting the environment worse than ever and the UN/IPCC will look the other way pointing at their charts of impending climate doom, for the following 30-50 years of new sheep.

In 2100 they will still be claiming.

Green apocalyptic prophecy can not be challenged or you'll be branded a heretic. trout

Climate Justice MUST persevere at all costs. cussing

If so, the available climate data amounts to 1/1000th of a blink of an eye.
