I haven't been able to surf since June 1st due to this ear operation. On the 4th week when I was supposed to get a green light to surf it became infected in both the inner & outer ear and I had to start all over. By this time i had graduated from Vicodin to Percacet washed down with a couple of these . I finally started feeling better last week after detoxing for 3 days from all the pills and I had to do something surf related so I organized the garage

The only quiver I've been riding-

I've expanded the rack from 5 to 11 boards, there's room for more now.

Very nice...

so the one second from the top is a stretch quad right?

whats the one above?

and the board second to the bottom with the love handles, is that a stretch thruster?

also, whats the board bellow that?

Kool Aid has a keen eye-

Top Board Stretch Quad 5'10" x 18.75 x 2.25 (just picked this up as a back up, some kid was trading it in at a shop while I was there so I traded my daughters board she no longer wanted and a couple of hundred bucks for it-

2nd from top Stretch quad 5'10" x 18.80 x 2.25

3rd, 6'3" lost rounded pin step-up 18.53 x 2.28 (i think)

4th, 6' 1" Lost Whiplash round tail 18 5/8" x 2 5/16"

5th, 6'0" x 18.5 x 2.25 Stretch Airboard (this one may go for sale soon, great board for someone, it just feels like too much board to me, great paddler but surfs like a 6' 2")

Bottom, 5' 11" 18.75 x 2.25 Surf RX Superfly (deep single, like a Merrick 'v'), most responsive thruster I've ever had.

Sj, i've been interested in the air board for a while, it looks like a good shape, can you tell me a little about it, and the way it rides...

also you mentioned its a little floaty, and rides/feels like a 6'2?

perhaps compare it to a SD2 since its a good reference board and probably the only board we've both ridden, except for stretch quads but that might be a more difficult a comparison to grasp...

thanks dude

Airboard is very similar to SD II, fuller outline & similar rocker. EXCEPT IT IS A SINGLE CONCAVE

I don't know if saying it rides like a 6'2" is correct it just feels like I could have easily knocked an inch off the length and maybe some thickness.

The epoxy construction on this board really has a lot of float (I notice it more than on the quad) despite the fact it's a tad thinner than usual for me. It paddles & catches waves like a fish-

My friend who is 10lbs heavier than me loves this board.

Talk to me about that little McFetteridge skate board. Those little fvckers cost soooo much money, is it fun to ride? I've been rolling on the new Krooked Zip-Zinger Nano, and loving it.

Also, is that an ULI board that is deflated on the bottom rack?

I freaking love the clean look of a finished garage. Even the floor is done. Very nice.

That is a great quiver, but where are the guns and where's the log?

One piece of unsolicited advice: Be careful stacking your boards lower than the height of your car door. It just takes one clueless bum, or you in a rush, and... "Whap!" Five boards get dinged rails and your Thing gets a nice new door crease. Not to mess with your mind, but you might want to consider a vertical set up where the bike is. Just a thought. That said, beautiful garage & beautiful quiver.

That skateboard was gift from Yonki-chang who co-owns the brand. Funner than hell except they purposely built them to allow the wheels to burn the deck and I've laid on it too hard a couple of times and hit the street which is a lot harder to do at this age-

Maddog, I had my ears done by a woman who trained at the House clinic but I'd like to speak to you about your experience. Check your PM's.

Well, everything seems to be in order at your house and in your garage. Skates all laid out nicely: check. Surfboards all nicely stored and racked up: check.

Sooooooooo...... let's see the lawn.

When I had my first ear done (7 years ago) I started peeling the wallpaper off of our rental house in PB. One layer ended up being about 8 layers (old house, rental for 20 years). This started to be tedious so I said f-it and tore out all the dryway. Ended up applying all new drywall and having it professionally mudded by a friend. Repainted it then got new carpet. The place looked unreal and my wife and I didn't mind doing it. The landlord had given us a good deal for quite a while when he could have been getting $700 more a month at the going rate. We had no plans to move out for quite a while, we were sitting on one of the best rental deals in PB. We bought a house in North County 5 months later and moved

Are you a fireman by any chance? Every fireman I know has a place for everything and everything in it's place. And they take good care of all their stuff. Just wondering. Killer razor.
