Kinda looks like the CC board DB1B is riding currently. I'm sure he'll chime in if he sees this CC thread.

I came across this board break down from Christenson. He recommends the board be ridden short like a fish, I was thinking it was like the Nautilus where you ride them longer for better waves.

I have made 3 variations of this outline in 5'6", 5'9", and 6'0", as quad, 3 fin bonzer, and 5 fin bonzer respectively. I am a big fan of this outline; versatile, forgiving, paddles and catches waves great, surfs like a shortboard, just fits the wave well. Can be sized from small wave board to step up and 3,4, or bonzer fin setup and work great when rockered accordingly.

I picked this one up a few months back and wanted to share a short review. Christenson Surfer Rosa 6’0 x 20 x 2-5/8 . Using the Captain fin Christenson 5 fin set. Works well as quad or thruster but I prefer as thruster. This board has been magic for me, paddles great as it packs plenty of foam but the rails are beautifully foiled to where it doesn’t feel bulky, it’s plenty responsive in the water, rocker is masterfully done, you get this amazing glide and flow, tail is pulled in enough to hold through turns. It’s an alternative type board not an HPSB, but it suites my level/fitness and I have more fun catching tons of waves rather than struggling on a true HPSB.

Really pretty board, but what's the apparent blemish on the bottom on top of the stringer 4-5" down from center?

It’s a price tag I peeled off, just some glue I didn’t get a chance to clean before I snapped the pics. The board was shipped to me so it was also a little dusty from the packaging.

Wide point slightly forward, not overly so, here’s another pic that shows the shape better.

Sweet!

A nice rocker shot would be greatly appreciated, if you have one :-)
