I see your point about economic necessity

do you see what's logically incorrect about going from "women are..." to "majority of moms..."?

If you want to nitpick and not look at the big picture.

Something like 90% of women have given birth by age 50.

ok, that point is certifiable

but it seems that both types of moms think the grass may be greener on the other side...

I don't think you can answer the question I'm asking, but what metrics is the author referring to?

is "we" us collectively...or is "we" just women?

I don't disagree that fatherlessness is a problem, but she is mischaracterizing the problem and
exaggerating the results to reenforce that faulty premise.

The breakdown of the family began when feminists became pioneers of sexual freedom and encouraged women to jump on the ¢ock carousel. Birth control helped.

So it's multifactorial.

But generally, you can trace the roots back to feminism.

ok, for the sake of argument, let's put the "breakdown of the family" bit aside, and run with the above...

is the solution to discard feminism in its entirety?

are we simply in an adjustment period where the political idea and the social implementation
(implications) are still being worked out in practice?

this is a garbage analogy, so bear with me....Segways were going to change pedestrianism and
cities forever....but then nobody wound up adopting Segways to the degree that was predicted.
you can still buy a Segway and use it, but pedestrians decided what solution worked best in their
life and relative to their needs.

feminism as a political movement created the opportunity for a woman to become a single mother
CEO boss lady, and perhaps those who have pursued just that are realizing it ain't all it's cracked
up to be, but it also doesn't mean that every woman can/will do this or that, long term, that phenomenon
will continue to be proportionally relevant.

Feminism has been toxic since the beginning.

The suffragettes were the same people who brought up Prohibition.

Feminism and "we'll decide what's best for you" type politics go hand in hand and always have.

The 70's also saw a shift culturally when a single earner household was no longer enough to pay the bills. Though they have gone up, wages have been pretty stagnant when inflation is factored in.

You can argue that this happens due to the inflation that happened with the rise of two income households. Granted, the 70s were a mess financially but there were more women going to work then because they wanted to as opposed to "needed" to

the suffragettes earned your daughter the right to vote

she is also now growing up in a society that has outwardly expressed intolerance
for violence perpetrated against women as well as its intention to hold those who
do to account

she can enjoys the ability to choose educational and career paths that best suit her
without stigmatization and discrimination

but "feminism" is....toxic?

3) Drinking liblur tears.

4) Jelaousy

Very powerful forces that drive their thinking.

Cheap.

Feminism created Prohibition and all of the blood from that
Feminism is attempting to destroy the family
Feminism has demonized men
Feminism has stunted generations of boys
Feminism has created economic problems due to the necessity of two-income households and daycare

There are many yangs to the yins you mentioned

BTW maybe it would be nice for society to express intolerance of violence towards all people as well
