He's not wrong.

Strange you don’t point out the mischaracterations.

Oh wait you don’t do that when it doesn’t fit your narrative.

NPR has a left wing agenda.

I know this because I listen to it and its blatantly obvious.

That's not a mischaracterization.

What is my narrative?

Right. Why do people have such a hard time understanding the coincidences?

A threat response is a potent trigger for motivated reasoning.

"People who are right a lot listen a lot, and they change their mind a lot. . . . . They wake up and reanalyze things and change their mind. If you don't change your mind frequently, you're going to be wrong a lot."

LOL

It's called framing. And yes, it's intentional.

Thanks god the Right doesn't do that!

It's not that they have a hard time understanding the coincidences.

It's that you're viewing said coincidences through the lens of your confirmation bias.

It's kinda like the Clinton body count thing. Or an episode of Sean Hannity.

Just because you are under the influence of biased thinking, it's doesn't automatically mean you came to the wrong conclusion.

Thin slice and test.

It's the only way to manage bias.

To deny trump's incompetence and venality is ignorant or a form of gaslighting.

That's at least a few weeks before an embryo is a fetus.

I forget what GromsDad posted in the breakfast thread, but here goes:

"Good morning, Sir. May I take your order."
"Yeah, I'll have the three chicken omelet, scrapple with whiz."
"Okay, and white, wheat, rye, home fries, or hash browns?"
"Untoasted white with mayo."

I don’t know if you can call a voice punchable, but there are many punchable voices on NPR

Can you imagine being the spouse of one of those dweebs listening to him/her talk in the NPR voice all day long?

DNC Chair Tom Perez voice is punchable af. Bootigieg and Beto should Thunderdome for his job, and make Perez UN ambassador to annoy all those people instead.

The voices on NPR are lethargy-inducing. imho sleepable is the word you're looking for.

Chris Matthews, the Peter Griffin of cable news, has punchable articulation. Thankfully, his teleprompter squares his shit up and fires off hands about a dozen times each block for us.

Matthews also punchable in terms of interrupting his own network's correspondents.

I did watch a fair bit of his Pennsylvania Deciders town hall. I feel compelled to seek a Final Solution to the Pennsylvania Question.

Intelligence always sounds punchable to the stupid, or those pretending to be stupid.

Steve Inskeep has a punchable voice

I love it when someone goes off script on the NPR propaganda program and the super calm NPR voice starts to get agitated
