Anybody try the FCS2 Reactor med performance core? It has a small trailer and is the same fins as the k2.1.

I loved the K 2.1 and I feel like my Pyzel Phantom would go very well with this fin.

I have the larger set

They work well but I think you would like the naked Viking set better

I am a big fan of the g-10 they offer

The foils are thin and have a nice tip flex

No odd leading edge at the base like many fcs2

Trailing edge is a bit sharp but nothing a little hundred gritt won't tame

Love the Naked Viking G10 fins. Have 3 sets (Poopies, AM equivalent, and Akila equivalent), and plan to get the Mann set. Theyre very responsive, but yeah, theyre sharp and I hope I dont slice anything vital to my health

I really like the reactors.

Very similar to the K2.1's but they have a narrower tip.

+1 on love for the Reactors. I have them in Large. I've had (and liked) the old Futures WCT in fiberglass and the old FCS K2.1, and the large Reactors feel like an improvement for me at 185 lbs.

they changed the reactors, once they were three equal sized fins with a thinner tip, now they are identical to the old k2.1's...

Ah, you're right. I thought they kept that narrower tip and reduced the center fin size. That's too bad. I like the feel of that narrower tip blush2

I did too, small Accelerators are sort of in between performer small and medium in size and aren't that far removed from the old reactors

I have 2 sets of the old Reactors, so I guess I'm holding on to those as long as I can.

I pair those up with a PC2 center fin sometimes and it works really well, IMO.

Hmm, those NVS look nice. Never heard of them before. G10 is an awesome material for fins.

Reactors are cool fins. I use them in small wave boards. Good amount of drive with a lot of pivot and tight cutbacks.

Too pivoty for me for larger waves or super down the line surf like lined up point breaks.

The reactors work great as quad fronts too imo.
