RIP. Pipe is so dangerous.

It says 3-5 in the article, isn't that when people say Pipe is most dangerous?

Anything over 4' is A-game only, in my opinion.

This is really hitting me. Marcus was a guy that every time I surfed Pipe, which is ten times a season, max, he was out there, smiling, stoked, high fives, just a super stoked, super friendly guy who charged.

RIP my braddah

RIP. Major bummer when losing a close friend.

Nice posts, sponge. Youve captured a glimpse of his stoke and that will always live on.

Condolences Sponge & Subway. Too often we all get caught up in our own little rat race to pay attention to what really matters in life.

The word that is going around is that he had a heart attack in the lineup and was brought to shore by fellow surfers, who were unable to resuscitate him. I have no first-hand knowledge, but this is what I've been told.

Didnt know but apparently he did have a heart condition. Lane Davey (photog Seans wife) saw him go down. They got him on to the shore but was too late.
