Saw first man with my 9 y-o son last nite. He was riveted as I was. Incredible movie. The ending was a gut punch.

I read the book during the summer of love. I was struck by how easy it is for a recluse living in a cave on the side of a mountain to 'perfect' human relations. Nine Inch Nails exhibits more wisdom. I was up above it. Now I'm down in it.

A long movie, dark and brooding at times...never less was good. Rocket scenes were pretty realistic showing the turbulence and g forces.
