My shaper on Maui gets shortboards glassed for 200 with eglass 250 with s glass. Blank is 100 glassing 250 50 to paint the blank and 20 bucks a foot to shape it. Comes out to 600 for me for a shortboard glassed with s glass and epoxy.

Loc: 600 yards from the surf.
Costs about +/- $60 in materials to glass a 6' shortboard plus whatever fin boxes you use and the miscellaneous stuff like tape, razor blades and sandpaper. Do it yourself or pay the piper.

Caramel sea is that what charge for glassing or e of the board what you are paying? The pricing will be different depending on your location. Florida will be less then what you will pay in California. Same for Hawaii.
A couple of years ago I had a custom board made in Hawaii. It was Longboard the price of the pluse shipping was less expensive that getting an off the rack production board from all the CA manufacturers.
Colin if you are in California you will be paying more for your glassing.
