Any of you guys riding the GX more than 2 inches below your height?

I'm 6'3" and my 6-0 feels good but I think I want to go longer next order. At least 6'1" but maybe even 6'2".

I'm 6'1, ride 5'10 GX, but it's NCSD.

Tim was pushing me to keep the Blindspot under my height as well, but could have been because I use a 5'10 as a DD. My BS is at my height.

My math and reading may be a bit off this morning but I'm guessing 5-9 or 5-10.

I just went with a 5'6 TKF. With that in mind, you would feel at home on a 5'9/5'10 GX.

I think you need to keep it pretty close to your height and adjust according to weight and ability.

Yes, but I am tall and skinny and ride all my boards short. Works well for me.

Would be interested to hear how going longer feels for you if you decide to go that route. You thinking you'd adjust the width or thickness too?

I'm also tall and, uh I prefer the term "lean". hat

6'3" 175lb.

My daily drivers are 6'3". Used to be 6'2" but a couple years ago I went up an inch and I dig the length for around here.

My 6'0" is 20 x 2.5 and 32L or so.

I was thinking 6'1" x 19 3/4" x 2.375" 31L

Or 6'2" x 19 1/2" x 2.375 31L

Maybe I'd be better off with just a regular Grinder shrug

nice nice,,,, I have a narrow stance...still have no clue how to work that into the equation.
narrow stance = shorter boards? i know its got something to do with your feet landing in the sweet spot of the board or something...

i like the dims of the 5'10!!!

Aruka, I bet you'd feel at home on the 6'1 since your waves have more push than SD.

I couldn't imagine riding one at my height when you're 6'3. I like my boards to fit in the wave a little better when the swell is less than shoulder high.
