Simon, just for reference my NarrowMind is 5'2x19x.85 cu/ft and Im 20lbs lighter, its not the uber grovel version but it goes great on ankle slappers.

How do you like the NM? I am thinking I would like something wider and really fat and short. Kinda make fun of those high tide days we get here.. Just in planning stage.

considering selling my megamind. 5'9" x 22 3/4 x 2 1/2. ridden about a dozen times, mint. still have my taco so would be able to ship if I can't find someone locally.

going to have mike shape me something a little longer, narrower, flatter and with a more parallel outline to better suit the lined up waves I surf here when it's small.

will also be getting a 6'8" qualifier RP and possibly a 6'3" to replace my DFR when I inevitably destroy it.

I'd love to score a MM, please keep me in mind if you decide to sell it. I'm in San Diego County.

Decisions... Decisions...

I'm debating b/w the M80 Slim, widerboard, or blur?

I'm looking for a good all arounder. I have a 5'10 x 19 x 2.25 (27ish liters) Lost Sub Driver that I love. The only thing I would change about it is I wish it had a bit more paddle power for negotiating the bigger playing fields w/ long paddle outs, currents, and year round rubber.

I have a 5'4 Bottom Feeder ( 29 Liters ) that I surf well, but find transitioning back to a "normal thruster" is a bitch after riding it a lot.

Thus I'm looking for a 1 board coil quiver for waist high to head and a half.

Me 5'10 x 160...

Boards that I've seen on this thread that look insane: Ivans M80 Slim, Havoc single hip wider board, and a few others.

The Coils look too good not to have one. The rave positive reviews and durability are making it too hard not to call Mike on Monday morning.

My wife is going to kill me...
I should probably hold off until my 5'11 x 19 x 2.4 Beach Buggy w/ Pro Rail shows up. Yes I know! I have a problem.

I've heard they are pretty busy these days and good for them! They deserve it. Their stuff is truly futurisitic.

I'm leaning towards a widerboard. Although Havoc has been hinting about a widerwider board roundtail that is going to be his new secret sauce. Retodd seems to love his Qualifier and Mega mind so I'm back to square one.

Decisions... Decisions...

Not a bad problem to have. Except when my wife sees a new board on the rack.

I would strongly suggest M80 Slim, WWB, WB. Blur's like a little bit more curve and punch, I can surf mine in almost every condition and size up to 8ft, but on average it doesn't have that free flow and instant 5th gear I look for, hence its for sale and now I only ride M80's.
