I have been really disappointed with FCS 2 fins

Do yourself a favor and get a set from Greg Griffin

just out of curiosity...why the disappointment?
I'm keen on some GG fins

Like a blind man at an orgie, I was gonna have to feel my way around.

I have a medium preformer quad set , pc carbon
Large reactor set , pc carbon
Had some nice fiberglass carvers, perfomance glass
And mrtfx, performance core

I still have old fcs1 fins

Breakdown of fcs2 disappointment
Leading edges are thicker and " bloby"
Trailing edges are thicker
Center fins are stiffer than sides

I feel they lack drive and are not as responsive compared to my old fins

I use the infill kit so thats that

Love my old fiberglass mrtfx . its night and day difference

Griffin fins as a tri set have no competition , Mary them with G1000 glassflex trailers ( flat sided) and its my favorite quad set

I have a five fin set of AM Large and the quad rears are so blobby and thick in the front. Very noticeable in my hand and in the water.

They look sick. I think the FT are essentially aircore and they're my go-to fins. Light and stiff, not sure what else anyone would ask for.
