This is kind of nuts. I'm very curious as to opinions on this.
If this needs to be moved even though it's not political - no worry.

Quote:

SUNNYVALE -- Defending their lawsuit against the parents of a young boy with autism who they say became a public nuisance, the two couples who sued said Friday they only turned to the courts because the family refused to rein in the child who repeatedly attacked their kids and traumatized their neighborhood.

My kids are not disabled so maybe my judgment is clouded, but the parents of the autistic boy have even more of a responsibility to keep him reigned in because of the greater danger he poses to other kids

We don't let the mentally ill run wild and they are still punished when they do something wrong. If the mental condition causes someone to not be functional in normal society then the mentally ill person needs to be taken care of

Autistic kid needs to get the shit beaten out of him.

That would solve the problem in the short term.

Nothing grounds you like a good beating.

Being beaten all the time is bad. But every bully needs a little taste of getting his ass kicked.

Best part of that show besides the huge battle with the Mexicans

I really liked TD 2. I don't get all the hate.

It was far from perfect but they were really going for it and being successful a lot.

I almost knocked out an autistic kid once. Kid grew up down the street from me and I was always nice to him. Showed up at my fathers funeral and knowing that I worked in television started bombarding me with all this bullshit about the script he was writing. I kinda blew it off and reminded myself that he was lacking in tact and didn't know limits and headed into the church. We got graveside and as the service was wrapping up I'm hugging my mother and sister and I feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn around and it's him and he's there smiling at me and and asks for my email address so he can send me the script to read later that night. It took every ounce of restraint not to beat up the autistic kid at that moment. He went on to follow me around the reception the rest of the day pestering me about his script while I'm talking to friends and family who I hadn't seen in years. Just couldn't take a hint.

If you have a pitbull you have a responsibility to build a big enough fence around
your yard to keep it from possibly injuring others.

Why should autistic kids be any different???

I suppose someone could file assault and battery charges. Of course, anyone who charges an autistic kid with a 242 would be pretty scummy.

It wouldn't be the kid, it would be the parents.
