Bubblegum or sticky bumps in the summer and I use FU wax in the winter in the North East because that is the only wax that I've found that will stay tacky in 30 degree water. It's way too much of a mess in warm water though

Give the cold water Bubble Gum Gu wax a shot. it's as sticky as FU, easier to get and less of a mess. The warm water version is manageable in warmer water but don't use it with trunks and no rash guard.

Often times, this.

If given a choice at the shop, Sex Wax. Can't remember the last time I paid for wax, going to suck when I lose my dwindling connections at a surf shop.

Also, never head Sex Wax referred to as "quick humps" until this thread.
